November 10, 2015, update for Outlook 2013 (KB3101488)

• Adds a Group Policy that lets administrators disable the Do Not Send a Response option when attendees accept a meeting request. This policy disables the third option in the meeting response dialog box and on the shortcut menu. It also disables the option when you delete a meeting request.

• Translates some terms in the Portuguese version of Outlook 2013 to make sure that the meaning is accurate.
  
• Fixes the following issues:
  
  
  • After you experience certain http errors such as a time-out in Outlook 2013, Outlook 2013 may not connect to the mail server.
    
  • Assume that Outlook 2013 connects to an Exchange server in an intranet by using the MAPI over HTTP transport protocol. If you open the Connection Status dialog box, the Authn column displays Error* but not AutoLogon*.
    
  • Screen reader can't read the number of unread email messages in an email folder.
    
  • When you save an email message that contains many attachments with long names in Outlook 2013, the names of the attachments are changed and switched.
    
  • When you do a Save as operation for a custom form in Outlook 2013, there's no response and no dialog box appears.
    
  • After you edit a distribution list in active directory in a global address book in Outlook 2013, the edit isn't saved.
    
  • When you use a quick step to create a task in a secondary mailbox, the task is saved to the primary mailbox and the owner is also set to the user of the primary mailbox.
    
  • When you do a full-text search of attachments in a shared folder in Outlook 2013, no results is returned.
    
  • After administrators set a max number of exchange accounts to a nonzero value in the policy section, Outlook 2013 doesn't respect the set value.

  • After a full synchronization for an IMAP account in Outlook 2013, you experience one of the following issues:
    
    
    • Content is moved to a renamed folder unexpectedly.
    • You can't import content to folders that have common hierarchy separators in the name.
    • Email messages display a size of 0 bytes.
    • The attachment icon disappears for copied messages.
  • When you select the desktop alert to open an email message in Windows 8 or a later version of Windows, Outlook 2013 still sends a read receipt even if the Never prompt for read receipt option is enabled.
    
  • When you print preview a meeting in Outlook 2013, all rooms of the room list are displayed rather than only the selected room.
    
  • You can copy content in the preview pane of an IRM protected email message in Outlook 2013.
    
  • When you use the MAPI over HTTP transport protocol in Outlook 2013, you may experience repeated reconnect attempts. This issue occurs because the X-PendingPeriod header field isn't respected.

  • Assume that you connect to an Exchange Server 2007 server or an Exchange server for which the AutoDiscover service isn't set. After you upgrade the Click-to-Run edition of Office 2013 to the Click-to-Run edition of Office 2016, you can't connect to the Exchange mailbox any longer. This update prevents the automatic upgrade from Office 2013 to Office 2016.
