Symptoms

Retail POS cannot be customized to allow return of gift cards.

Resolution

The changes in the hotfix resolve this issue.

Retail POS SDK now allows for customization of item types allowed for return.

Prerequisites

You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 installed to apply this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
