XCCC: Posts with Attachments in Public Folders Are Displayed as Read

When you use Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) to post a message to a public folder in Exchange 2000, a post without an attachment is displayed as unread in the browser when you refresh the folder view, but a post that is posted with an attachment may be displayed as read when you refresh the folder view. The message with the attachment should be displayed as unread.

This problem only affects the user who posts the message and reads his or her own posts. To all other users, everything is displayed properly.
