FIX: "Cannot insert duplicate Key with unique index" error occurs when you run BizTalk Server backup job

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You configure log shipping in Microsoft BizTalk Server.
  • You have one or more instances of SQL Server, and there's a SQL Server Agent job that hits multiple databases across job steps.
  • You run the BizTalk Server backup job.
In this scenario, the log shipping configuration fails, and you receive the following error message:
Msg 2601, Level 14, State 1, Procedure bts_ImportSQLAgentJobs, Line 59
Cannot insert duplicate key row in object '<object name> ' with unique index '<index name>'
