About this update

This update adds a new entry in the Access Point Name (APN) database for the CMHK operator so that users can connect with the updated connection settings.

Note The Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 APN database contains information that is provided by mobile operators to enable Windows to automatically connect to their mobile broadband networks. For more information, see APN database.

To install this update, you must have April 2014 update rollup for Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2 (2919355) installed in Windows 8.1.

There is no prerequisite for Windows 8 to install this update.
