The Staff Accounting update for Russia to support changes in RSV-1 report for year 2015 in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1

According to the decree of Pension fund of Russian Federation No 194p from June 04, 2015, starting from the first half-year reporting period of year 2015, a new format of the mandatory report "RSV-1" is introduced.
To comply with the requirements, the following changes have been implemented:

- The categories for disabled people ("ООИ", "ВЖОИ", and "ВПОИ") are eliminated. General categories ("НР", "ВЖНР", and "ВПНР") will be used instead;
- The tariff rate for disabled people ("03") is eliminated. General tariff rate ("01") will be used instead;
- The number of persons insured by the Federal Fund of Medical Security (FOMS) is included into Section 2.1 of the report;
- A new type of additionally calculated premiums (4 - Not acknowledged error) is introduced in Section 4 of the report;
- Employees dismissed during the last 3 months of the reporting period will be marked in Section 6 of the report;
- A new printable form of RSV-1 report is implemented;
- A new electronic (XML) format of RSV-1 report is implemented.
