About this update

This article describes an update that adds the following Group Policy settings in Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. These settings set up Enterprise Site Discovery to improve the management experience for the Enterprise Site Discovery XML output feature:
  • Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer\WMITelemetryActive
  • Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer\WMITelemetry!XMLPath
  • Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer\WMITelemetry!ZoneAllowList
  • Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer\WMITelemetry!DomainAllowList
