Symptoms

When you publish to an FTP server and choose to publish changed pages only, the content in your subwebs is deleted from the server. This problem can occur if you have nested folders in the root web of the source site.

Workaround

To work around this problem, publish all the pages to the FTP server. To do this, follow these steps:
1.In Microsoft FrontPage, open your web.
2.On the File menu, click Publish Web.

NOTE: If the Publish Destination dialog box appears, select the FTP location where you want to publish your Web and click OK.
3.In the Publish Web dialog box, click Options.
4.On the Publish tab, select All pages, overwriting pages already on destination and then click OK.

NOTE: Select this option to publish all files in your web. Any pages that you have marked as Don't Publish will not be published.
5.In the Publish Web dialog box, click Publish.

NOTE: If your FTP location is not listed in the Publish to box, click Change and select your FTP Web location.
