To copy an .mdb file from a floppy disk or a Zip disk to the My Documents folder:
  1. Start Windows Explorer, and then make sure that the left pane (the folders pane) is shown.
  2. In the left pane, expand the list to show the My Documents folder.
  3. In the left pane, click the icon for the floppy disk or the Zip disk.
  4. In the right pane, locate the .mdb file that you want to copy, right-click the file, and then drag the file to the My Documents folder in the left pane.
  5. Click Copy Here on the shortcut menu.
  6. Quit Windows Explorer.
