You may experience an unexpected loss of Wi-Fi connectivity in Windows 10 Insider Preview

Symptoms

The Windows Connection Manager service (WCMsvc) may stop responding in Windows 10 Insider Preview, resulting in an unexpected loss of Wi-Fi connectivity.

To apply this update, you must be running Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10130.
