A country-specific update for Italy to support new fields (CIG code, CUP code, documents details) in PA eInvoices in Dynamics AX 2012 R3

You can report the following blocks in the output eInvoice message:

2.1.2 <DatiOrdineAcquisto> - block containing the information relative to the purchase order

2.1.3 <DatiContratto> - block containing the information relative to the contract

2.1.4 <DatiConvenzione> - block containing the information relative to the agreement

2.1.5 <DatiRicezione> - block containing the information relative to the data present on the management system used by the PA (Tax Agencies) regarding the reception phase

2.1.6 <DatiFattureCollegate> - block containing the information relative to the invoices previously transmitted and to which the present document is connected; it regards the cases of the forwarding of a credit note and/or invoice pursuant to previous advance payment invoices

Note It is possible to report only one of the listed blocks per eInvoice.

The following elements are available in each block:

<RiferimentoNumeroLinea> - detail row of the invoice referred to (if the reference is to the entire invoice, this is not filled in)

<IdDocumento> – document number

<Data> – document date

<NumItem> - identification of the single item on the document (e.g. in the case of a purchase order, this is the number of the row of the purchase order, or, in the case of a contract, it is the number of the row of the contract, etc. )

<CodiceCommessaConvenzione> - order or agreement code

<CodiceCUP> - code managed by the CIPE (Interministerial Committee for Economic Planning) which characterizes every public investment project (Individual Project Code)

<CodiceCIG> - Tender procedure identification code


If the "E-Invoice register" parameter is switched on, headers of Free text invoice, Sales order, and Project invoice, are extended with the following fields:

• Type of base document, where user can define corresponding type of block to be included into eInvoice, or leave None to not include the blocks
• Line number, that corresponds to element <RiferimentoNumeroLinea>
• Document number, that corresponds to element <IdDocumento>
• Document date, that corresponds to element <Data>
• Item number, that corresponds to element <NumItem>
• Agreement code, that corresponds to element <CodiceCommessaConvenzione>
• CIPE code, that corresponds to element <CodiceCUP>
• Tender procedure identification code, that corresponds to element <CodiceCIG>
