FIX: There is no meaningful event in the error message for SAP adapter crashes in BizTalk Server 2013 R2 and BizTalk Server 2013

Symptoms

When you try to send messages to an SAP system by using an incorrect logon user name or password in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013 R2 or in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013, the BizTalk host instance crashes. Also, the following error message is logged in the Application log:
