Introduction

This article describes that the Staff Accounting update for Russia is available to support social allowances for foreign citizens in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1.

According to the Federal law No 407-FZ from December 01, 2014, starting from year 2015 foreign employees have the right to get social allowances (for temporary disability sick-lists) only if they have not less than 6-months history of Social Security contributions paid by their employers.

Resolution

The changes in the hotfix enable the possibility to automate payments of social allowances to foreign employees.

This hotfix is not scheduled to be included with a Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP 1.

Prerequisites

You must have one of the following products installed to apply this hotfix:
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.

File information

The global version of this hotfix has the file attributes (or later file attributes) that are listed in the following table. The dates and times for these files are listed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To find the difference between UTC and local time, use the Time Zone tab in the Date and Time item in Control Panel.
