Symptoms

In Modern POS (MPOS) of Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail 2012 R3, you cannot print a gift receipt.

Resolution

The changes in the hotfix resolve this issue.

Prerequisites

You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 installed to apply this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
