Planned transfer order is generated too early in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1

Symptoms

In Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1, planned production orders are re-scheduled during the futures loop, and their derived requirements (BOM lines) are updated with the new requested dates after re-scheduling. However, items "below" were already processed, so any transfers or productions for sub-components with too early requirement dates will not be updated.

Resolution

The changes in the hotfix resolve this issue.
The general approach will be to introduce a new Optimization phase between futures and actions calculations. This phase will make any changes necessary to the plan, and can even cancel or stop the current MRP or explosion run and spawn a new one.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
