Invoice and Memo (08.010) screen will not open in Microsoft Dynamics SL 2015

Symptoms

In Microsoft Dynamics SL 2015, you try to open the Invoice and Memo (08.010) screen. However it does not open.

Also, if you try to run the AR Invoice Preview quick query, you receive this error:

Failed to load assembly 0822000.

Exception: Could not load file or assembly 0822000 or one of its dependencies.  The system cannot find the file specified.

Resolution

For Microsoft Dynamics SL 2015 RTM:

This is the Report Viewer 2010 Download and install.  This installs the correct version of the report viewer for the 0822000 assembly.  This is Report Viewer 2010.

Also, copy the 0822000.dll into the AR folder for the Invoice and Memo screen to work correctly, and into the QQ folder for the AR Invoice Preview Quick Query to work correctly.


For Microsoft Dynamics SL 2015 CU1:

The CU1 version of 0822000.dll was recompiled with the latest Report Viewer that was included with Microsoft Dynamics SL 2015. Therefore, installing a specific version of the Report Viewer is not needed.    

Copy the 0822000.dll into the AR folder for the Invoice and Memo screen to work correctly, and into the QQ folder for the AR Invoice Preview Quick Query to work correctly.
