INTRODUCTION

This article describes hotfix 3061541, which fixes several issues in Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail 2012 R3. This hotfix fixes the following problems:
  • In Modern POS, the subtotal of income and expense accounts are zero in the journal, and these receipts cannot be located by using advanced search.
  • In Modern POS, the value in the line display is not cleared when the transaction is voided.
  • The device activation errors and tracing for client-side errors in Modern POS need to be improved.
  • In Modern POS, the end date increments by one day automatically each time you navigate to advanced search in the journal.
  • Modern POS does not support customer account payments and deposits.
  • Putting spaces around the URL will cause activation errors on the client.
  • Offline mode for Modern POS should not support change and reset of password.
  • Async Client SyncLibrary cannot handle extra tables and fields on the client side.
