"MapiExceptionNoAccess: Unable to query table rows" error and some mailboxes cannot be moved after you install Exchange Server 2010 SP3 RU 8 v. 2

Symptoms

After you install Rollup 8 version 2 for Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 3 (SP3), you cannot move some mailboxes by using the New-MoveRequest cmdlet. Additionally, you receive the following error message:

MapiExceptionNoAccess: Unable to query table rows.

Workaround

To work around this problem, export the mailboxes that cannot be moved.
