View products that this article applies to.

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • In Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013 R2, you run a new query in the BizTalk Server Administration Console. For example:

    Suspended Service Instances

  • You go to the query results, right-click one item to select Add/Remove Columns, and then you try to add available columns.
In this scenario, an unhandled Microsoft .NET Framework exception occurs in mmc.exe, and the BizTalk Server Administration Console (mmc.exe) crashes.
