User Interface improvement for report for principal in the Russian version of Microsoft Dynamics AX

1. The lawmakers do not provide the clear explanation on how to reflect the original outgoing commissioner’s factures in a facture registration journal in case when the factures are not confirmed by a principal. To address this issue, two options are implemented for Facture registration journal creating:

- According to date of registration of the outgoing facture – all commissioner’s outgoing factures belonging to reporting period will be included in the facture journal part 1 (outgoing factures) regardless of principal’s confirmation. In case when there is no confirmation from principal, the outgoing facture will be reflected without the information about the mediation in columns 10 -12. The facture journal part 2 (incoming factures) will not contain the factures confirmed by principal. If all outgoing factures are confirmed by principal, the journal will contain the full information.

- According to date of registration of the confirming incoming facture – only the factures confirmed by principal in reporting period will be included in the facture journal part 2 (incoming factures). The facture journal part 1 (outgoing factures) will contain only commissioner’s factures confirmed by principal. In this case, the information about the mediation in columns 10 -12 is fulfilled for all selected factures. A document belonging to the reporting period is determined by Date of registration or Date of reporting (if the option Date of reporting is enabled).


The parameters are used for both – a separate journal report (printable format) and as a part of VAT declaration section 10 (electronic format).

2. The user interface is improved with additional possibilities of documents filtering for creating the report for principal. For creating the report, you work only with original outgoing factures that contain the chosen principal’s goods.
