Update adds the Store button to the Home tab ribbon in Outlook 2013

To enable this new feature, install the following updates:Then, follow these steps.

Follow the steps in this section carefully. Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.
  1. Exit all Microsoft Office applications.
  2. Start Registry Editor:
    • In Windows 7, click Start, type regedit in the Search programs and files text box, and then click regedit.exe in the search results.
    • In Windows 8, move your mouse to the upper-right corner, click Search, type regedit in the search text box, and then click regedit.exe in the search results.
  3. Locate and then select the following registry subkey:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Options\
  4. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click Key.
  5. Type Webext, and then press the Enter key.
  6. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
  7. Type StoreButtonInRibbonHomeTabAllowed, and then press the Enter key.
  8. In the Details pane, right-click StoreButtonInRibbonHomeTabAllowed, and then click Modify.
  9. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.

    Note If you set the value to 0, the Store button is not displayed. When you set the value to 1, the Store button is displayed.
  10. Exit Registry Editor.
