More Information

1.        Log in to CHIP.

2.        At the right side of the page, under I need to, choose Submit a Claim.

3.        In the Period drop down, select the Program Period.

4.        In the Claim Category drop down, select OEM Rebates.

5.        Click Submit.

NOTE: Payment Profile must be sent to receive payments. A reminder will show on top of the screen if this has yet to be completed.
