This Stop error 0x0000009F describes a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE issue in Windows 8.1 or Windows RT 8.1. This issue occurs because of a deadlock in the driver. You can resolve this issue by using the update in this article. Before you install this update, check out the Prerequisites section.
