You are attempting to publish your Web to an Internet-based Web Presence Provider (WPP), such as your Internet service provider.

Your computer is on a network that is using a firewall or a proxy server to access the Internet.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, configure the firewall or proxy server to allow connections to Internet-based Web Presence Providers.

Contact your system administrator or your Internet service provider to inquire about how to temporarily bypass any firewalls or proxy servers for your Internet connection. After you publish your Web, restore the original firewall or proxy server settings for your Internet connection.
