Resolution:

There are a total of sixteen authorized ADRs territories for the fiscal year 2015.

Below are the territories.

· US with twenty ADRs

· Canada with eight ADRs

· Mexico with one ADR

· EU/EFTA with thirty-seven ADRs

Note: EU/EFTA countries include Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland, and UK.
· UAE with two ADRs

· Qatar with three ADRs

· Japan with eight ADRs

· Korea with six ADRs

· China with four ADRs

· Hong Kong with three ADRs

· Singapore with four ADRs

· Taiwan with three ADRs

· New Zealand with four ADRs

· Thailand with five ADRs

· Malaysia with six ADRs
