Customers may sometimes need help on their damaged devices. Bulk Support for Services Tool (BSFS) is created to help process a replacement, or check the status of a replacement order.

To access the BSFS Tool, go to Https://robo.partners.extranet.microsoft.com.

                Note: During the first attempt of logging in, you will need to choose Microsoft Partner.
