Microsoft Complete for Business offers hardware service coverage for up to three years on both Surface 2 and Surface Pro 3. Price and coverage may vary by region, but the general benefits include:
 
· Extended hardware service coverage for up to three years.
· Two replacement claims without deductible per warranty period on accidental damage.
· One–on­–one set–up support with a Microsoft technical expert.

An extended warranty plan may be purchased from either of the following:
 
· An Authorized Device Reseller (ADR).
· Directly thru Microsoft Service Offerings in Infopedia site by exception only.
· Microsoft Stores Bricks and Mortar Store, even if the device was purchased from another channel—not applicable to APOC or EOC.
