Introduction

This article describes a country-specific update for Italy to support electronic invoices format "FatturaPA" upgrade to version 1.1 in the Italian version of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1, Dynamics AX 2012, Dynamics AX 2012 R2, and Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

Prerequisites

You must have one of the following products installed to apply this hotfix:
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.

More Information

In order to support legal requirements related to Italian electronic invoices format "FatturaPA" upgrade to version 1.1, the following functional changes are introduced in MS Dynamics AX: 

 - Sales invoice transformation (resource "EInvoiceXSLCustInvoice_IT") is changed. 
 - Project invoice transformation (resource "EInvoiceXSLProjInvoice_IT") is changed. 
 

Users need to store transformation files locally and make the references to these files respectively in E-invoices parameters:

Accounts receivable > Setup > eInvoices >Electronic invoiceparameters > General > XSLT transformation > “XSLT transformation for customer invoices”
and
Accounts receivable > Setup > eInvoices > Electronic invoice parameters > General >  XSLT transformation > “XSLT transformation for project invoices”

Then users need to update "Transmission format" value to "SDI11" in E-invoices parameters:

Accounts receivable > Setup > eInvoices > Electronic invoice parameters > Company information >Transmitter information> “XSLT transformation for customer invoices” > "Transmission format"
