Free text on eGiro payment cannot be interpreted and the customer account cannot be found when importing the eGiro file in the Norwegian version of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1

Symptoms

When importing an eGiro file in the Norwegian version of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1, the free text on the eGiro payment file cannot be interpreted and the customer account cannot be found.

Resolution

The changes in the hotfix resolve this issue.

Prerequisites

You must have the Norwegian version of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1 installed to apply this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.

File information
