This issue is related to Transport Documents through Webservices functionality. It happens in a sales shipment (or return shipment) from the same order after you perform an "Undo Shipment". In addition, you receive the following error message:
"Item Ledger entry is empty."
This issue happens if you have lines with quantity equal to zero, in the sales shipment or return shipment. Follow the steps in the code changes section to solve this issue. This problem occurs in the following product:- The Portuguese version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2
