Symptoms

When you try to duplicate a decision shape with the French version of the BizTalk Server 2000 Orchestration Designer on a computer that has the French version of Microsoft Visio 2002 installed, the following error message may occur:

Resolution

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

Status

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in BizTalk Server 2000. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft BizTalk Server 2000 Service Pack 1a.

Steps to Reproduce This Behavior:

1.Install BizTalk Server 2000 and BizTalk Server 2000 Service Pack 1 (SP1) on a computer that also has Visio 2002 installed.
2.Open the BizTalk Orchestration Designer.
3.Drag a decision shape onto the business process page.
4.Right-click the decision shape, and then click Duplicate.
This error has been reproduced on the following environment:

�Operating system and language: Windows 2000 French
�Visio version and language: Visio 2002 French
�BizTalk Server version and language: BizTalk SP1 French
�Regional settings: French
