Lync Monitoring report does not show names under "Sites and Subnet" column

View products that this article applies to.

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:

  • You deploy Lync Monitoring Server in a Microsoft Lync Server 2013 environment.
  • You define more than one thousand sites and subnets.
  • You create a new subnet or remove an existing subnet.
In this scenario, the dbo.Site and dbo.Subnet tables in the QoEMetrics database do not contain all the sites and subnets. Therefore, the Lync Monitoring report does not show names under the Sites and Subnet column.

Cause

This issue occurs because the dbo.QoEUpdateNcs stored procedure times out. Therefore, UdcAgent is not able to populate all sites and subnets to the QoEMetrics database.
