Send operations for Service Bus for Windows Server .NET clients fail intermittently

Symptoms

When the Service Bus for Windows Server .NET client uses the Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP) transport with Transport Layer Security (TLS) enabled, Send operations fail intermittently. Additionally, you may receive an error message that resembles the following:

Cause

This problem occurs because the AMQP transport implementation may prematurely release pooled byte arrays. This may cause an SSL decryption error and a connection reset.
