"Invalid tax code combination" error when posting a general journal with payment fees in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1

Symptoms

When posting a general journal with payment fees in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1, you receive the following error message:
"Invalid tax code combination."

Resolution

The changes in the hotfix resolve this issue.

You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1 installed to apply this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
