Incorrect dimensions are returned for a large custom page size when you use a PostScript driver and have update 2977285 installed on Windows 8.1

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You have a device that is running Windows 8.1.
  • You have update 2984006 installed on the device.
  • You install a PostScript Printer Description (PPD) driver.
  • You try to print a form whose height is greater than 3.3 meters.

In this scenario, incorrect dimensions are returned for the large custom page size.

Hotfix information

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft Support. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing the problem described in this article. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
