To restore the default Windows logon interface,
remove the following string value from the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\GinaDLL
After you do so, Windows uses the default Graphical
Identification and Authentication file (Msgina.dll).
