Symptoms

When you configure a webpage as the home page of a Microsoft Outlook 2010 or Microsoft Outlook 2013 folder, the dialogArguments parameter cannot be passed to a modeless dialog box from the webpage that is the parent window.

Resolution

Update information

To resolve this problem, install the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer. To do this, go to Microsoft Update. Additionally, see the technical information about the most recent cumulative security update for Internet Explorer.

Note This update was first included in the December cumulative security update for Internet Explorer (MS14-080) .
