View products that this article applies to.

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • In Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013 R2 or Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013, you use the PassThruReceive pipeline to receive files or the PassThruTransmit pipeline to send non-XML files.
  • You configure Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) to monitor events and data that are produced by BizTalk applications.
  • You enable tracking options on both the PassThruReceive and PassThruTransmit pipelines.
In this scenario, there may be no tracking data stored in BAM. In this situation, you don't receive an error or warning message even though full tracking data can be found in the BizTalk Administrator Console.
