A country-specific update for Russia is available for new format of Facture journal and sales or purchases books in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 SP1, Dynamics AX 2012 R2, and AX 2012 R3

The current modification applicable for all companies and provides the possibility:

• To create the Facture journal and Sales\ Purchases books in new formats in according with the Judgment of the RF government on July 30, 2014 N 735.
• To prepare the reporting about prepayments and shipment for principal

It is allowed to allocate the original facture related to one seller or buyer to more than one principals as for prepayments the same for shipments. One original invoice can contain goods for more than one Principal. In this case, it is possible to create different reports for principals including the information about the same original invoice.

The changes mean that the new format provides the control of commission deals.

Only the companies operating with the types of contract Commission agreement, Inventory profiles and Kind of activity = Commission agent can use the modification. Prepayments, related to commission trade must be identified with Kind of activity equal Commission agent. See the user guide for AX 2009 Rollup 5.

Limitations in current implementation:

• Credit notes can be registered in the module, where original facture was created only. The document numbers will be created based on the rules of the module where original facture was created.
• Sub-commission is not supported.
• The new formats are supported in MS Excel only.
