About this update

This article describes an update that adds support for the new Document Mode section of Enterprise Mode Internet Explorer (EMIE) website lists in Internet Explorer 11. The structure of the new section is the same as the EMIE section, but now elements can have a Document Mode attribute on the EMIE website lists to specify the document mode that matching pages should load. This new attribute overrides the X-UA-Compatible Meta tag or header. The parsed out information about the website lists is stored in a new cache container.
