If you create a new segment that contains 3 contacts in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009, when assigning activities, only 1 set of activities is created and not assigned to any contact. Under Contact, you can see "multiple" but there is no assignation to any contact. If you visit the attendee scheduling afterward, you will notice that nobody is assigned to the task.
After you apply this correction, the system will create all activities for each contact except meeting activity. For meeting activity, it will create only one line on To-Do list. Follow the steps in the code changes section to solve this issue. This problem occurs in the following products:
