Event 36023 is consistently logged on multiple front-end servers in a Lync Server 2013 environment that enables CAC

Symptoms

When this issue occurs, the following Warning event is logged on front-end servers every few minutes:Note
  • When this issue occurs, there is no actual function effect in Lync Server 2013. 
  • CAC represents the call admission control feature.

Cause

This issue occurs because the delay in call admission control verifications for Inter-Cluster mode is set incorrectly.
