FIX: "You cannot access this site due to an internal error" error when you log on to Outlook Web App again

Symptoms

Consider the following scenario:
  • You have Service Pack 4 for Microsoft Forefront Unified Access Gateway 2010 installed.
  • You publish Outlook Web App through Forefront Unified Access Gateway while you have the Use OWA look and feel option enabled.
  • You log on to Forefront Unified Access Gateway and then successfully access Outlook Web App.
  • You close the browser, open a new browser, and then log on again.

In this scenario, you may receive the following error message:

You cannot access this site due to an internal error.

Note This problem occurs only with Internet Explorer 10 and later versions when you log on to Forefront Unified Access Gateway 2010 with Service Pack 4 installed.

This problem is fixed in Rollup 1 for Forefront Unified Access Gateway 2010 Service Pack 4.
