The Account Schedule report ignores the "when negative balance" and "if any column not zero" options in the role tailored client (RTC) in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009. However, in classic client this works fine. The problem only happens in the RTC. Follow the steps in the code changes section to solve this issue. This problem occurs in the following products:
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 SP1
