Symptoms

When you use Microsoft OneDrive in Windows 8.1 or Windows RT 8.1, you may encounter the following issues:
  • OneDrive exits unexpectedly shortly after it starts.
  • OneDrive enters a "setting up" state every time that it starts.
  • OneDrive may freeze when it is uploading files.
