Resolution

To obtain this update, install the November 2014 update rollup for Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2.

Known issue

After you apply the November 2014 update, if you change the network settings from private to public, you have to reconnect or rediscover your WSD printer over the network.
