September 2014 update for DVD playback in Windows 7 SP1

This update helps Microsoft improve the experiences when users play DVDs in Windows Media Player and Windows Media Center in Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1), such as the performance and the quality improvements. The global version of this update installs files that have the attributes that are listed in the following tables. Additionally, the dates and the times may change when you perform certain operations on the files.
