When a user tries to select history messages in a conversation window in Microsoft Lync 2013, the user may encounter the following issues:
- When the user tries to select a message from right to left or drags mouse to the right side of the message, the pointer jumps back to the beginning of the message.
- The user cannot use the Shift key to extend selected content.
- The user cannot easily select partial content in a single label.
- Incorrect content may be selected when the user selects from multiple labels.
