Introduction

When generating a SEPADirectDebit file in the Belgian version of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, you receive the following error message:
Custom-Exception:SEPA Customer:: The Payment is not fully settled.

Prerequisites

You must have the Belgian version of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 installed to apply this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.
