Introduction

When generating a SEPADirectDebit file in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 and Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, you receive the following error message:
Custom-Exception:SEPA Customer:: The Payment is not fully settled.

Prerequisites

You must have Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 installed to apply this hotfix.

Restart requirement

You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.

File information
